Roasting Details
Our green beans are shipped directly from their farm of origin to our roasting facilities. After they are inspected and have surpassed our standards for excellence, we roast them according to premium Black Rifle Coffee roast profiles five days a week.
Our coffee beans waste no time being delivered into our monster cast-iron drum roasters– the Burns B270R– which can roast 100-270 pounds of coffee in three to 15 minutes, depending on the roast. After the roasting process is complete, the whole beans are ground or moved straight to packaging, where each bag is pumped with nitrogen and sealed with a waterproof, one-way valve allowing zero moisture to get in.
